Our main products include:
– Mushroom Soups (Cream of Forest Mushroom, etc.)
– Pasta Sauces (Carbonara Smoked Duck, Chicken Bolognese, Beef Bolognese, etc.)
– Marinated Meats (Lamb Shoulder with Korean Hot & Spicy/BBQ sauce)
– Traditional Delights (Patin Tempoyak, Tempoyak Paste)

We cater to individuals, F&B businesses (cafes, restaurants, caterers), and wholesale resellers.

4. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

– Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible for:
– Products that arrive damaged
– Wrong item received
– Non-delivery beyond 14 working days
– Process:
– Request refund within 3 days after receiving the product.
– Provide proof (photo evidence) via WhatsApp or Email.
– Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once approved.
– Non-Refundable: Perishable goods once opened are not eligible for refund unless proven defective.
